However, over time you’ve probably found yourself struggling at times to know how to manage all of the "stuff" that comes your way (emails, texts, ministry needs, policy needs, reports, filings, meetings, etc., etc.). And it can be overwhelming and burdensome, especially when it only seems to be increasing, and especially if lots of it takes away from what you love to do. This workshop will present a few theological foundations and practical tips for how to manage your ministry and sift through, process, and look after all the things that come your way so you can avoid overload and focus more time on those part of ministry that give you life.

Kingdom Synergy with Staff and Volunteers

With all the demands that leaders experience today, what should determine our job description? A brief biblical overview of a leader’s primary focus on ministry is 'equipping’ believers so that they are able to 'do the work of the ministry.’ Do we really understand the full extent of what it means to 'equip others?" How do we go about that? The end result of becoming an effective equipper is a spiritually vibrant and motivated congregation. This workshop will deal with the nuts and bolts of motivating, inspiring, training, and affirming those whom God has given you to accomplish the ministry that you are overseeing.
