The Fellowship of Christian Assemblies of Canada and is currently an Elder Emeritus. He also serves as a board member of 11 Christian charities and humanitarian agencies in North America.Paul Vallee
Dr. Paul A. Vallee is a gifted communicator and teacher who loves people. He has been in pastoral ministry for over four decades and is currently the Senior Pastor at Living Stones Church where he has served for over 35 years. Living Stones Church strives to facilitate life-changing growth in an authentic healing environment that changes people’s lives. Paul has numerous academic degrees: BTh from Seattle Bible College; MA from Briercrest Biblical Seminary (Caronport, SK); DMin from Northwest Graduate School (Seattle, WA); and MTS from Ambrose University (Calgary, AB).
Over his career Paul has ministered in various roles (youth, church planter, executive pastor, and senior pastor) at four churches. He has taught in two colleges and a seminary and has authored a book on Revelations. He is now working on another. Paul has been married to Patty for 45 years, and they have two children, Andrea and Rachel, as well as two grandchildren.
Gene Enns
Gene grew up in the FCA in Steinbach, Manitoba but met his wife Marla at Clearwater College (then Living Faith Bible College) in Caroline, Alberta. Married in 2006, they have six beautiful children and call Withrow Gospel Mission their home church. Gene has spent 14 years on staff at Clearwater College and has served as President since 2020. He loves to help bring order and structure that can advance the ongoing ministry of the Kingdom.
Gene presently serves as the Secretary-Treasurer on the Elder Board of the FCA, providing membership and financial updates, while also updating and advancing various FCA constitutional, policy, and ministry initiatives. His primary focus regarding the pillars of the FCA vision is that of Equipping Spirit-Led Leaders. As President of the Canadian FCA Bible College, he is working on further developing initiatives that are designed to assist the church in raising up disciples who are equipped for life and ministry.
Greg Fraser
Greg has been happily married to Betty after she amazingly said, "yes!" 31 years ago. They have two wonderful children, both married, and are now eagerly awaiting grand babies! They have been in ministry for 29 years the last 25 within the FCA. For the past 18 years they have been the lead pastors of the Father’s House Church in Sturgeon County, Alberta.
They believe that realizing God is for you and not against you leads people to love God, to love one another, and to be passionate about seeing the lost find their way home to their heavenly Father.
They are excited to be a part of Equipping Spirit–led Leaders, both young and old, rise up into their calling and destiny as they learn to partner with God in His Kingdom work.
Beverly Fawcett
Beverly is married to her best friend Derek, and they have four incredible children and a beautiful crew of grandchildren. God set her on the path of ministry when she gave her heart to the Lord at thirty years old, giving her a passion to see all of Canada saved. She is the founder and president of a non-profit, Hope In Christ Ministries, that is dedicated to reaching out to the community practically and spiritually. Beverly served as an elder at McMurray Gospel Assembly in Fort Murray before she became the senior pastor. She has a ministry of encouragement and hope for people, and is uncompromising on God’s Word.
Beverly has been serving as the chairman the FCA Missions Board since 2019. She has a passion for the lost and sees every soul through a mother’s heart wanting to bring the family closer together, to be connected all over the globe. The same passion drives her excitement for the FCA vision of Collaborating in Kingdom Mission.
Glenn Breitkreuz
Glenn and Sharon have lived an adventurous, happy married life for 36 years. Their greatest joy is their family: their sons Russell and Brett and the joyful addition of their lovely wives Rebekah and Sophie. With Russell and Rebekah expecting their first child, Glenn and Sharon are thrilled to welcome their first grandchild! Glenn has ministered in Grande Prairie at Christian Fellowship Assembly since 1987. Glenn believes the Kingdom of God thrives when the inspired Word of God is experienced and cultivated every day in healthy relationships. By the power of the Holy Spirit, every disciple is called and able to help build communities that incarnate both the grace and truth of Jesus. This is our everyday challenge and the hope of the world.
The God-designed diversity of personalities, ministries, cultures, and generations of FCA are the colourful mosaic of God’s Kingdom…and it is as beautiful as it is powerful. Glenn has served on the FCA Elders Board since 2012.

Gordon Ponak
Gordon Ponak came to Richfield Christian Fellowship in late 2018 to serve as the Lead Pastor after serving as a Worship Pastor in Fort McMurray for 13 years.
He had never aspired to lead a church, but God’s call ramped up to the place it was irresistible and he didn’t just want to, he had to. His wife Lisa serves as one of their Worship Leaders and also has the best laugh ever!
They have two awesome teenagers - Ashley serves as a Worship Leader and a Kids volunteer, and TJ is a valuable part of their Tech Team (lights, camera, action!).
Steven Lagore
Pastor Steve Lagore was born and raised in South Africa, the son of missionaries Arthur and Gladys Lagore. He returned to Edmonton, Canada in 1976 where he attended Temple Bible College. He served in lay ministry for 14 years at Edmonton Gospel Temple (Richfield Christian Fellowship) and then in 1990 he responded to God’s call to full time ministry.
After ministering for thirteen years as a music and youth minister, Pastor Steve was instrumental in planting Crossroads Christian Assembly in 2005 where he served as lead pastor for 18 years. In 2023 Pastor Steve played a part in the merging of Crossroads Christian Assembly and Richfield Christian Fellowship.

Bryan Swash
Bryan has been married to Liz for 42 years and spent over 45 years in pastoral ministry. Through a season of dark times in his own life, he took a significant step toward an inward journey that continues to this day. He now teaches and shares those principles on 3 continents and 10 countries. His passion is to position people in the presence of Jesus by placing them on a pathway of self-discovery and healing. Bryan shares ministry with various organizations and can be contacted at pathwaytochange.ca.
His most recent contribution to the kingdom has been in the area of Spiritual Formation. Bryan brings years of expertise to the FCA vision Cultivating Personal and Relational Well-being.
Duane Siemens
Duane has been pastoring in Winnipeg for 30 years with the last 5 years being at The Wave Church which saw Waves of Glory Church and Harvest Family Church be reconciled together. Along with his wife of 32 years Tamara, they have 3 sons, 2 daughters in law, a grandson Finnley and a granddaughter Iris. Duane is a Certified Life Coach and in 2020, he established Passion Point Life Coaching with a passion to see sons and daughters in the faith live their God dreams to advance the kingdom of God.
Duane's passion for Life Coaching brings a dynamic element to the FCA vision of Cultivating Personal and Relational Well-being and Equipping Spirit-led Leaders.
